Associate – Outreach & Network Management

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support our outreach and network-building activities on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are interested in business, economics, networking, and building professional relationships.

• Conduct LinkedIn and social media outreach in a structured and consistent manner
• Identify and connect with relevant professionals such as investors, founders, and business leaders
• Maintain and update a database of contacts and network information
• Track outreach activities and ensure timely follow-ups
• Work closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with business and branding objectives
• Support the development and growth of a strong professional network

• Freshers or early-career candidates
• BA, BCom, or similar educational backgrounds preferred
• Candidates with an interest in business, economics, and professional networking

• Good written communication skills
• Clear and professional messaging ability
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
• Ability to handle routine tasks consistently and accurately

• Location: KINFRA Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, Kozhikode
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
• Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
