What you will do:
Onboarding Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and pre-boarding processes, including orientation, joining formalities, documentation, and policy acknowledgements, benefits enrollment, ensuring seamless new hire experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition teams for all onboarding-related queries and support.
- Ensure accurate verification, completion, and maintenance of employee documentation and records within the HRMS.
Offboarding Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, including resignation acceptance, exit formalities, clearance procedures, and documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant separation experience.
- Coordinate with Benefits, IT and Admin teams to ensure timely deactivation of system access and retrieval of company assets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date offboarding records, ensuring timely updates in the HRMS.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies as well as legal and statutory requirements, throughout the employee separation process.
Employee Experience & P&C Support Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage employee files, P&C documentation, and generate periodic operational reports with high accuracy.
- Support day-to-day P&C operations and employee lifecycle management activities.
- Address employee queries related to benefits, policies, and P&C processes in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, P&C procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive employee data and information.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, corporate events, and CSR activities.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure timely resolution of employee issues and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of benefits enrolment, utilization, and eligibility.
- Generate and share periodic reports on benefits usage, trends, and employee participation.
Who you are :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms and employee databases. (SAP Success Factor preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver orientation programs and support new hires confidently.
- Good understanding of HR operations, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
