Position: Associate Product Manager

Location: Bangalore

️ Working Days: 5 (Mon-Fri)

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

Our Client, builds products that make discovering and experiencing live entertainment effortless. From the moment a fan opens the app to the second they walk through the venue gates, every interaction is a product decision.

As we grow into new cities and categories, we need someone who can bridge customer insight and business need — translating both into product improvements that ship. This role is for someone who is curious, analytical, and execution-focused. Someone who enjoys making decisions with data, working across teams, and building things users actually love.

What You'll Actually Do

Real responsibilities, not a wish list

Product execution

  • Own features from discovery through launch and post-release improvements.
  • Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise the product backlog and work with engineering to ensure timely delivery.

User research and analysis

  • Gather insights from users, stakeholders, and data to identify opportunities.
  • Track feature performance and recommend improvements based on user behaviour.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay current on market trends.

Collaboration and delivery

  • Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to launch new features.
  • Coordinate testing, QA, and product releases.
  • Communicate product updates and align stakeholders throughout the development process.

What You Bring

Curiosity, rigour, and the drive to ship

Required

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a similar product-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience writing product requirements and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development and tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ownership mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience working on consumer internet, marketplace, SaaS, or mobile products.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or SQL.
  • Understanding of UX principles and user research methods.
  • Passion for live entertainment, consumer technology, and building great user experiences.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

How we know this is the right fit

  • You are obsessed with solving user problems, not just shipping features. A feature that launches without solving anything is a miss. You start with the problem, not the solution.
  • You make decisions using data, customer insight, and sound judgment. Gut feel has a role, but it earns its place alongside evidence. You know the difference.
  • You take ownership and see projects through from idea to launch. From the first PRD to the post-launch review, you are accountable for the outcome.
  • You communicate clearly and work well across teams. Engineering, design, and operations need to understand what you are building and why. You make that easy.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. Live entertainment does not follow a predictable roadmap. You adapt without losing momentum.
