We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Associate Product Operations professional who can help streamline product operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth product launches and ongoing improvements.

Role: Associate Product Operations

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Product team to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations teams to track feature development and releases.
  • Maintain product documentation, SOPs, release notes, and process workflows.
  • Monitor product issues, bugs, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track product performance metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate new features before release.
  • Gather customer feedback from internal and external stakeholders and help prioritize operational improvements.
  • Manage product backlogs, tickets, and workflows using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
  • Ensure timely communication of product updates, releases, and operational changes across teams.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend automation or operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support onboarding and training for internal teams on new product features and workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Google Sheets/Excel, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Comfortable working with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on execution and operational excellence.
  • Experience supporting product launches, release management, or product support processes.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other analytics tools is a plus.
