Associate Software Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Software Engineer. The Associate Software Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and APIs that power AIStack’s intelligent platforms and solutions. Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving issues, and contributing to technical documentation. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, implementing scalable architectures, and supporting deployment and monitoring of services in production environments. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working in an agile environment, and motivated to contribute to high-impact, data-driven products.
Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., React Native, Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar).
• Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts, such as RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Have prior experience in building mobile applications and Web based Front End
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and ability to apply them in real-world projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, with clear communication and self-management skills.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, automation, or AI-driven systems is a plus.
• Curiosity to learn new technologies, openness to feedback, and a problem-solving mindset.
