As we continue to grow our Innovation practice, we are looking for passionate professionals to join our Corporate Innovation team. This is an opportunity to work directly with corporates, innovation leaders, startup founders, and ecosystem stakeholders while helping organizations discover and adopt innovative solutions.
Our Innovation Management team works at the intersection of global enterprises, GCCs, and high-potential startups — running programs that turn corporate-startup conversations into funded partnerships and real commercial outcomes.
The Role
You'll be part of a high-ownership team driving one of T-Hub's core mandates. The work spans research, business development, client engagement, and innovation programs — which means your output shows up directly in what we close and what we build.
What You'll Do
Market Research & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct targeted sector and company research to identify high-potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
- Map key decision-makers, innovation leaders, and corporate stakeholders across target accounts
- Generate research-driven insights that sharpen client engagement efforts
Proposal Development & Sales Enablement
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, concept notes, and strategic documents that move deals forward
- Build customized corporate innovation solutions aligned with what clients actually need
- Own CRM hygiene, sales trackers, and opportunity pipeline management across all active relationships
- Standardize collateral, templates, and knowledge repositories
Corporate & Ecosystem Engagement
- Coordinate and support roundtables, innovation showcases, hackathons, workshops, and networking forums
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings across corporates, startups and ecosystem partners
- Build and sustain relationships with corporate stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Startup Innovation and Client Success teams
- Ensure clean handovers between the teams so programs actually execute the way they were supposed to
- Capture feedback and feed it back into how the team engages, and builds
Who This Is For
You've spent 2–4 years in a startup, accelerator, incubator, or corporate role and want work that actually moves fast. You know how to write well, think on your feet, and follow through without being managed. You're comfortable with ambiguity and don't need a playbook for everything.
Bonus if you've worked on B2B sales, innovation programs, or ecosystem partnerships before.
What You'll Need
- BBA, B.Tech, or MBA/PGDM.
- 2–4 years in a relevant role; startup or innovation ecosystem experience preferred.
- Strong written communication — proposals, decks, and stakeholder emails are a big part of this job.
- Working knowledge of Canva, MS Office, and at least a few AI tools.
- Comfortable in rooms with senior stakeholders and equally comfortable behind a spreadsheet.
