Role Summary
We are looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter to support hiring for IT infrastructure, EUC, Network Support, Field Services, and related technical roles across multiple regions. The role will manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to onboarding coordination, while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely closures. This position is suitable for candidates with a technical education background who want to build a career in technical recruitment and IT staffing.

We are looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter to support hiring for IT infrastructure, EUC, Network Support, Field Services, and related technical roles across multiple regions. The role will manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to onboarding coordination, while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely closures. This position is suitable for candidates with a technical education background who want to build a career in technical recruitment and IT staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer follow-up, onboarding support, and joining confirmation.
- Hire for technical roles such as EUC L1/L2, Desktop Support, Field Technician, Network Support, Data Center Technician, and other IT support positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job boards, vendor channels, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain regional talent pipelines for recurring and high-demand locations.
- Support coverage mapping for jobsite-based hiring and field service requirements.
- Screen candidates for technical fitment, location feasibility, availability, pay expectations, work authorization, and shift flexibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams, program teams, onboarding teams, vendors, and candidates to ensure fast hiring closures.
- Support rate negotiation and candidate alignment within approved pay ranges.
- Track candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in onboarding documentation, joining confirmation, and deployment readiness.
- Maintain accurate recruitment updates in internal systems and reports.
- Support hiring across different regions and time zones based on business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required, such as: B.Tech / B.E. BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Computer Science
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or related technical discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, IT staffing, talent acquisition, candidate coordination, or technical support will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a technical education background may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, desktop support, hardware, software, troubleshooting, or technical support concepts.
- Familiarity with roles such as Desktop Support, EUC Technician, Network Support, Field Technician, or Data Center Technician is preferred.
- Exposure to sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job boards, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn global hiring models such as W2, 1099, C2C, contract, dispatch, and full-time hiring.
- Open to supporting hiring across the USA, EMEA, APAC, or other regions based on business requirements.
- Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts aligned with global hiring needs.
- Good communication, follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment with multiple open requirements.
- Basic knowledge of certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, or ITIL will be an added advantage.
