Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript, and REST Assured. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications and APIs while ensuring software quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Create automated test scripts using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Perform API testing using REST Assured.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate with developers for resolution.
• Design reusable automation components and optimize test execution.
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare test cases, test plans, and automation reports.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure application quality, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in Playwright automation framework.
• Good knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• API Automation using REST Assured.
• Understanding of TestNG/JUnit frameworks.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, or CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
