Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automobile Engineering role based in Moradabad. The selected candidate will work on the design, analysis, and improvement of automotive components and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, quality, and maintenance. Daily tasks include reviewing technical drawings and specifications, conducting performance and failure analyses, supporting production lines with engineering solutions, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, preparing technical reports, and contributing to cost and process optimization initiatives. The candidate will participate in project planning, support testing and validation activities, and help implement best practices in automotive engineering and manufacturing.
Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Engineering and Automobile/Automotive Engineering knowledge, including fundamentals of vehicle systems, materials, and design.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in Manufacturing Engineering, production processes, and shop-floor support.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and management.
• Solid Analytical Skills to diagnose technical issues, interpret data, and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Basic Project Management abilities to plan tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines within multidisciplinary projects.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and standard engineering software for design and analysis is preferred.
• Understanding of automotive safety standards, quality systems (such as ISO/TS), and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Moradabad, maintain a safe work environment, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
