About the Role

We're looking for an accomplished AVP – GCC Sales to lead strategic sales and business development across the fast-growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem. You'll acquire, manage, and expand relationships with GCCs across Telecom and Media & Entertainment, selling large-scale technology, digital transformation, engineering, AI, cloud, and managed services solutions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to GCC Heads, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and global business stakeholders.


Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad


Responsibilities

  • Proven experience selling into GCCs, with strong exposure to the Telecom and Media & Entertainment vertical is a must
  • Build and execute a GCC growth strategy focused on new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Develop executive relationships within GCC leadership
  • Own annual booking, revenue, and pipeline targets
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity ID through closure
  • Build multi-year account growth plans for strategic clients
  • Expand relationships beyond procurement into business, technology, and transformation stakeholders


Required Skills

  • Proven experience in GCC/enterprise sales, new logo acquisition, and strategic account growth
  • Track record building executive-level relationships within Global Capability Centers
  • Ability to lead complex deal pursuits and commercial negotiations
  • Enterprise sales, business development, consultative & solution selling, account mining, revenue growth management
  • CXO stakeholder management, strategic planning, market development, pipeline management
  • Cross-functional collaboration across sales, consulting, delivery, and alliances
  • Working knowledge of AI/GenAI, cloud, digital transformation, data & analytics, product engineering, managed services
  • Strong communication, presentation, business consulting, competitive intelligence, contract management, and leadership skills
