Platform Engineer - DevOps

Location: Gurgaon (India), Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking a highly skilled Azure AI Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize AI-driven solutions across our Azure cloud platform. The role will focus on embedding AI into platform engineering, automation pipelines, and observability (Grafana) to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and intelligent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio).
• Develop intelligent agents, copilots, and automation workflows to enhance platform operations.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and CAPE frameworks.
• Automate operational tasks (incident analysis, RCA, monitoring insights, ticketing).
• Build scalable AI solutions using Azure Data Services (ADLS, Synapse, Databricks).
• Manage data pipelines for training, inference, and real-time analytics.
• Leverage Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics to create AI-driven insights.
• Enable predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and alert intelligence.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards (SOX, audit readiness).
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of overall experience in AI/ML, SRE, or Observability engineering
• Proven experience in production-grade AI/ML deployments (not limited to POCs)
• Hands-on exposure to cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
• Scripting: PowerShell / Python / Bash
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Automation frameworks and scripting
• Experience with AI Agents / Copilot integration, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
• Hands on AI cost optimization
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based solutions.
• Exposure to AIOps, automated remediation, incident prediction, and intelligent alert correlation.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Familiarity with DevOps automation, GitOps/IaC, and Responsible AI & governance practices
• Experience with Azure Managed Grafana
