Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Back-End Developer role in Indore. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and APIs, with a focus on scalability and performance. Key responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code; collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements; managing databases and application architecture; troubleshooting and debugging; and ensuring application security. You will contribute to improving system functionality and participate in the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs primarily using Node.js.
• Contribute to building scalable and efficient applications.
• Work with frontend teams where required to support full-stack development needs.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve code quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.
• Problem Solving & Debugging
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Optimise performance and improve the reliability of backend systems.
• Security & Best Practices
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to applications.
• Follow security and development best practices across services.

Required Qualifications -

2-8 Years of experience in Node.js development.

Experience with any one Node.js framework, Fastify, Express, or NestJS.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
