Backend Developer (Golang)

About the Role

We are looking for exceptional engineering graduates who are passionate about backend development, distributed systems, and building scalable products. As a Backend Developer, you will work on designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance services that power millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
• Build secure, reliable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Continuously learn and adopt modern backend technologies and engineering practices.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines.
• 2026 graduates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering colleges.
• Strong academic record with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong programming skills in Go (preferred), C++, Java, or Python.
• Good understanding of Operating Systems, DBMS, and Computer Networks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend architecture.
• Understanding of SQL and database design concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Golang through internships, projects, or coursework.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, or caching and messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Participation in coding contests, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
