Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BBRM (Branch Banking Relationship Manager) located in Jalandhar. The BBRM will be responsible for managing and growing branch banking relationships, including handling customer queries, cross-selling banking products, driving customer satisfaction, generating leads, and meeting business targets. The role involves proactive engagement with customers and effectively addressing their banking needs, while ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

- Proven skills in relationship management, customer retention, and client servicing
- Strong financial acumen, knowledge of banking products, and ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer needs efficiently
- Proficiency in banking operations, compliance policies, and risk management
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in branch banking or financial advisory roles (advantageous)
