BD cum Supply Chain Coordinator

Role: BD cum Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad

Industry: Perfume Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with existing and new clients for enquiries, samples, orders and follow‑ups.
• Handle the end‑to‑end supply chain for the brands assigned to him, from purchase of raw materials to dispatch of finished goods.
• Coordinate purchase of fragrance, bottles, caps, boxes and other packaging materials as per brand/customer requirement.
• Follow up with stores, production and dispatch teams to ensure timely availability of material and on‑time delivery.
• Maintain trackers for orders, material status and dispatch for assigned brands and share updates with clients.
• Support BD in basic commercials, sharing quotations and coordinating approvals with clients.
• Escalate any delay or issue in supply chain or client servicing to management and help in resolving it.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in client coordination and supply chain / sales coordination (perfume / FMCG / cosmetic / chemical industry preferred).
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Good in Excel and email communication; organised and detail‑oriented.
