Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Anand Glass Solutions’ product portfolio in the New Delhi market. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with the design and operations teams, and following up on leads to close deals. The BDE will also gather market insights, support pricing and negotiation, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and service follow-up. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Ability to understand and explain glass and aluminum product features, applications, and benefits to clients.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation, with effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking systems, and comfort with using digital platforms for outreach.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client inquiries and projects.
- Prior experience in construction, interiors, architecture, or related building materials industry is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel locally within New Delhi for client meetings and site visits.
