Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell IT software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored software solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for IT software products such as CRM, accounting, project management, helpdesk, and other business applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT software solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Stay updated on software product enhancements, features, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales; experience with SaaS or IT software products is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in selling CRM, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
- Certification or hands-on experience with CRM or enterprise software platforms.
- Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation.
Location:
Preference for candidates based in New Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, or Pune.
