Job Summary

Iglaps Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in acquiring new clients, generating staffing requirements, building long-term business relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients for Domestic IT Staffing and Recruitment Services.
  • Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract signing and account management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and pricing with clients.
  • Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure quality candidate delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all activities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports.
  • Meet assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands across industries.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Business Development.
  • Proven experience in acquiring clients for Permanent, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire hiring.
  • Strong understanding of IT recruitment and staffing processes in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
  • Strong presentation and proposal preparation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Existing network of HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, or Corporate Clients will be an added advantage.
