🗓️ Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Onsite)

💼 Experience Required: Freshers / 0–5 year

🎓 Eligibility: Graduates who are eager to learn and grow in US IT Bench Sales

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

💼 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Learn and support the Bench Sales and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment process (training will be provided).
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Assist senior recruiters in presenting candidates to clients and vendors.
•  
• Build and maintain candidate databases and pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and support onboarding activities.
• Learn US IT staffing concepts, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
• Meet learning milestones and gradually contribute to recruitment targets.
