BFSI Trainer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Banking, Financial Institutions, and Insurance (BFSI) Trainer to deliver engaging, practical, and employment-focused training in banking, finance, accounting, insurance, and financial literacy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering youth and preparing them for careers in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on banking, finance, accounting, insurance, investments, and financial literacy.
• Conduct sessions on banking fundamentals, accounting, GST, TDS, stock markets, mutual funds, digital banking, fintech, and BFSI sales practices.
• Use case studies, simulations, role plays, and interactive learning methods.
• Prepare trainees for interviews, assessments, and employment opportunities.
• Provide mentoring, performance feedback, and learner support.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with placement teams and subject matter experts to enhance job readiness.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and training evaluations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA Finance preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in BFSI training, corporate learning, vocational education, or skill development programs.
• Prior experience in banking, insurance, accounting, or financial services is an advantage.
• Experience working with youth from diverse socio-economic backgrounds is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

• NISM / NCFM
• Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software certifications
• Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or Soft Skills Trainer Certification

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of banking, finance, accounting, and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.
• Strong mentoring, counseling, and learner engagement skills.

Language Requirements:

• Hindi – Fluent
• English – Good working knowledge
• Gujarati – Preferred
