Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can transform complex science into simple, beautiful, high-converting communication.

This person will become the bridge between our R&D, Product, Founder, Brand, Design and Performance Marketing teams.

Every ingredient, every formulation, every clinical study and every product launch should become compelling stories, campaigns and creative assets that educate, inspire and convert.

This is not a content-writing role.

This is a product storytelling role.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Understanding

  • Read formulation sheets and technical documents.
  • Understand ingredients, mechanisms of action and clinical research.
  • Work closely with the R&D and Product Innovation teams.
  • Translate science into customer-friendly language.

2. Brand Storytelling

Own the messaging for every product.

Develop:

  • Product narratives
  • Brand messaging
  • Consumer benefit hierarchy
  • Claims
  • Positioning
  • Launch stories

3. Creative Strategy

Develop concepts for:

  • Static creatives
  • Carousels
  • Motion videos
  • Meta ads
  • UGC campaigns
  • Founder-led content
  • YouTube videos
  • Landing pages
  • WhatsApp campaigns
  • Email journeys

4. Campaign Development

Own communication for every launch.

Example:

Morning Energy

Deliver:

  • Launch strategy
  • Campaign theme
  • Creative hooks
  • Product story
  • Founder talking points
  • UGC scripts
  • Performance creatives
  • Email sequence
  • WhatsApp sequence

5. Consumer Insights

Continuously study:

  • Customer reviews
  • Amazon reviews
  • Reddit
  • YouTube comments
  • Community conversations
  • Support tickets

Identify:

  • Pain points
  • Objections
  • Language customers naturally use

6. Performance Optimisation

Work with the Growth Team to analyse:

  • CTR
  • Hook rate
  • Thumb-stop rate
  • Watch time
  • ROAS
  • Conversion

Improve creatives based on data.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Founder
  • Product Innovation
  • R&D
  • Design
  • Video Production
  • Performance Marketing
  • Community Team


What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years experience in D2C Brand Strategy, Product Marketing or Creative Strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify scientific concepts.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology.
  • Experience creating high-converting campaigns.
  • Strong visual thinking.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools.
