Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to delivering effective business and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, conducting gap analysis to align current processes with desired outcomes. 
• Gather business requirements by interacting with clients and translate into functional specifications for technical teams. 
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams to design solutions adhering to IT architecture standards. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and data models. 
• Work with project managers and development teams to ensure requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.  
• Participate in the testing phase of the project lifecycle to ensure that the developed software meets the specified requirements, assist in developing test cases and scenarios. 
• Monitor industry trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions and process improvements. 
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications, creating user manuals and training materials as needed. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a similar role. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely. 
• Significant experience with software projects, including requirements gathering and documentation. 
• Strong experience in client interactions, with the ability to build effective working relationships. 
• Exceptional documentation skills with an attention to detail.
