📍 Location: Offshore

🕒 Shift: 24×7 Rotational (Night shift WFH allowed with approval)

🔎 About the Role

We are hiring a Business Application Support Analyst to provide L1/L2 support for LS Retail, SAP S/4HANA, and Retail Store Systems. The role involves application support, system monitoring, POS configuration, user management, and remote troubleshooting of retail IT systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for LS Retail, SAP, POS, and retail applications
• Manage incidents and service requests within SLA using ITSM tools
• Configure POS systems, store setups, pricing, promotions, and transactions
• Monitor LS Retail jobs, SAP background jobs, and integrations
• Handle SAP user management, access requests & functional queries (P2P, O2C, Inventory)
• Provide remote support for retail hardware (POS, barcode printers, scales, handheld devices)
• Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Support store operations including stock take and inventory workflows

🎯 Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT experience in the Retail domain
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or LS Retail
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail hardware
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / related field
• ERP certifications (SAP / NAV / Oracle, etc.) are a plus
