We are looking for a hustle-driven Business Development & Marketing intern to help drive our B2B outreach, pitch to educational leaders, and accelerate our market expansion. Position Overview

The Business Development & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing outreach campaigns, supporting proposal creation, and driving marketing initiatives across digital channels.

This role combines sales, marketing, relationship building, and strategic communication, ideal for someone passionate about AI, analytics, and enterprise technology.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Build and maintain a structured database of prospects.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, events, and referrals.

2. Outreach & Relationship Development

  • Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
  • Set up intro meetings and coordinate discussions for senior leadership.
  • Maintain strong communication with prospects and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Represent the company in customer interactions, webinars, and networking events.

3. Sales Pipeline & Proposal Support

  • Manage and update CRM entries, track sales funnel, and follow up consistently.
  • Prepare proposals, capability decks, quotations, and business case materials.
  • Support demo preparation and coordinate with technical teams for client solutions.
  • Assist in RFP/RFI responses.

 

4. Marketing & Brand Building

  • Develop marketing content (posts, case studies, blogs, newsletters, industry insights).
  • Manage Miraista’s LinkedIn presence and publish relevant timely content.
  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and slide decks.
  • Plan and execute email-marketing, campaign insights, and performance tracking.

5. Event & Partnership Activities

  • Identify relevant conferences, industry events, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate webinars, product showcases, and client engagement sessions.
  • Build relationships with technology partners, consulting firms, and academic institutions.

6. Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and leadership teams on GTM strategies.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead pipeline, outreach status, and marketing performance.
  • Bring insights from the field to shape new AI solution narratives and offerings.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (Tech preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho), and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to create content, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.


Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience working in an AI/ML or technology consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Understanding of enterprise workflows in insurance, manufacturing, or BFSI.
  • Exposure to GTM planning, product marketing, or partnerships.
