About the Role
Ananta Altitude is a commercial real estate advisory firm focused on helping businesses make informed workspace and expansion decisions. We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is driven, relationship-oriented, and eager to build a career in business development and commercial real estate.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with company leadership, engage with founders and business decision-makers, and gain exposure to strategic leasing and corporate real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate occupiers, brands, and key decision-makers.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Support the team in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Contribute to achieving business development and revenue targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or related functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
