Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bidar for a Business Development Associate (BDA). Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, performing market research to understand industry trends, generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and delivering impactful presentations to promote the company’s products and services. The BDA will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations
• Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research to identify potential opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage client interactions is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pitch to high-level decision-makers.
