Job Description:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Location: Noida, Sector 63

Experience Required: 0–2 Years

Industry Type: EdTech (B2C Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert leads.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
•  Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch company products/services.
•  Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
•  Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
•  Maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethics in all interactions.

Requirements:

•  0–2 years of experience in B2C sales (Freshers are welcome).
•  Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
•  Basic understanding of CRM tools.
