Role Description The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, nurturing prospective partners, and supporting revenue growth for the organization. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, mapping target segments, and preparing outreach plans to engage educational institutions, partners, and other stakeholders. The role involves creating and delivering effective presentations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and feedback from the market. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram Tehsil.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess effective presentation and presentations skills for client meetings, pitches, and internal reviews.
  • Candidates should possess proven lead generation abilities, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Candidates should possess solid market research skills to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Candidates should possess relationship-building skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with high ownership and adaptability.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in edtech or digital products is an advantage.
