Business Development Associate

We’re hiring a Business Development Associate (Sales) to join the core team at Logyra Research in Coimbatore Tech Park (Saravanampatti).

Logyra is a trading education and market research company – we help traders build process and discipline, not chase stock tips. As our BDA, you’ll be on the frontline speaking to leads, understanding their goals, and guiding them into the right Logyra communities and programs.

What you’ll do

• Call and follow up with warm leads from our existing 2,200+ database
• Explain Logyra’s research and education offerings clearly (no tips, no hype)
• Convert prospects into paid subscriptions (Inner Circle, community products)
• Maintain daily call logs, basic CRM/Excel updates and simple reports
• Work closely with the founder and marketing team on scripts and pitches

What we’re looking for

• 3–4 years experience in telesales / inside sales / business development
• Strong spoken Tamil + English; comfortable on calls and WhatsApp
• Target‑oriented mindset with consistency in dials, connects and follow‑ups
• Interest in stock market / trading / finance is a big plus

• Location: On‑site, Coimbatore Tech Park, Saravanampatti
• Role: Full‑time Business Development Associate
• Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (fixed) + performance incentives
