Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Pune City. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, creating and delivering impactful presentations, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Business Development Associate will work closely with the team to develop and execute growth-oriented strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills, including the ability to create and deliver professional presentations
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research, with a focus on identifying business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable business strategies
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or consulting is an advantage
