🚀 We're Hiring – Business Development Associate (BDA)
Company: Plant Green Inertia Pvt. Ltd. (PGI)
Location: Maduravoyal, Chennai
Timing: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Are you passionate about networking, client engagement, and driving business growth? Join PGI and help build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate leads from colleges, corporates, industries, and institutions.
• Promote PGI's training, internship, placement, and skill development programs.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.
• Build partnerships and coordinate MoUs with institutions and organizations.
• Identify government tenders and business opportunities.
• Maintain client database, CRM records, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients and building relationships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and email communication.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
MBA/BBA/Any Graduate can apply.
