Salary-

₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA (Fixed + Performance-Based Variable Pay)

About the role-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, business development, counseling, or client acquisition and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key reuirements-

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with potential customers and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Eligibility-

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Academic Counseling, or a similar role.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.

Working Days & Timings

• 6 Days Working
• Monday to Saturday
• 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
