Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Associate (commission based). The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for Khashsoft’s software and IT services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and online channels, and delivering compelling presentations and demos. The role involves nurturing relationships with prospects, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals. The Business Development Associate will also track activities in CRM tools, meet agreed targets, and provide regular updates and feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal coordination.
  • Lead generation and market research skills, with the ability to identify prospects, analyze markets, and segment target audiences effectively.
  • Presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of software development, IT services, or technology products, with the ability to learn and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment, with strong self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Experience using CRM or sales productivity tools to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in business development or sales.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in software or IT services, is an advantage but not mandatory.
