About the Role

This is not a traditional sales role.

This is a client-facing, growth-oriented role designed for individuals who enjoy solving business problems, building meaningful client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

You will work closely with the Business Head and Manager – Client Success & Business Growth, supporting business development initiatives while learning every aspect of an integrated advertising agency.

You will participate in client meetings, presentations, strategy discussions, proposal development, project coordination, and business development activities while developing a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, AI, production, technology, and integrated communications.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Research prospective clients across multiple industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, referrals, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Maintain a healthy business pipeline.
  • Support proposal preparation and commercial documentation.
  • Participate in business presentations and pitches.


Client Success

  • Build strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support account growth through proactive engagement.
  • Maintain excellent client communication throughout the project lifecycle.


Sales Support

Assist the Business Head and Manager in:

  • Pitch Deck Creation
  • Proposal Development

Project Coordination

Coordinate projects across:

  • Share insights during weekly business meetings.


Reporting

Maintain accurate updates on:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Advertising, Branding, Digital Marketing, SaaS, IT Services, or B2B Business Development.
