Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold outreach, and nurturing inbound and outbound leads. Responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting Ai Creatives’ services to potential clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to closure. The role also involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal design and development teams to align solutions with client needs, and meeting defined sales and revenue targets. The successful candidate will regularly track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and represent the company professionally at client meetings, events, and demos.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of identifying and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Solid understanding of Business development processes, including sales pipeline management and proposal development.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal presentations, persuasive writing, and professional client interactions.
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining client satisfaction, managing renewals, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in IT, web solutions, digital marketing, or related service-based industries is highly beneficial.
- Comfortable working with CRM and productivity tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset, ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- The BDE will be entitled to 10% commission on the business value generated from new clients acquired, subject to successful deal closure and payment realization.
- Flexible WFO – 3 days and half-day hours.
