Algology is a biotechnology company developing innovative microalgae-based ingredients for the food and beverage industry. Our flagship product, Algablu™, is a natural blue ingredient derived from Spirulina, helping brands create clean-label, naturally coloured products.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help introduce Algablu™ to cafés, bakeries, dessert brands, beverage companies, and other food businesses.

• Visit and connect with cafés, bakeries, beverage brands, and other food businesses.
• Introduce customers to Algablu™ and its food and beverage applications.
• Generate new business opportunities and arrange product trials.
• Build and maintain relationships with chefs, bakers, founders, and product development teams.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into customers.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records using the company's CRM system.
• Work towards monthly sales and business development targets.

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in the food, beverage, or ingredients industry.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Tamil is an advantage.
