Role Description
Blohbee is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team on a part-time, commission-based contract. This opportunity is side-hustle friendly and ideal for professionals who enjoy business development, lead generation, and relationship building while earning performance-based income.
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be lead generation and business development. You will identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, cold email outreach, and professional networking, helping build a consistent sales pipeline for Blohbee's branding and digital growth services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, creating personalized outreach campaigns, qualifying leads, scheduling discovery meetings for the founder, maintaining accurate prospect records in CRM or tracking systems, and supporting business development initiatives.
You'll also leverage modern AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to research prospects, personalize outreach, improve communication quality, and increase productivity.
This role is best suited for self-driven professionals who enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and generating business opportunities.
