Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and business growth for our Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating qualified leads for IT and AI talent augmentation. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by understanding customer hiring needs and offering customized staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and business growth for our Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating qualified leads for IT and AI talent augmentation. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by understanding customer hiring needs and offering customized staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Staff Augmentation services.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Track sales activities and update CRM with accurate client and opportunity information.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging staffing demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Services, or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Staff Augmentation and contract staffing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms is preferred.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling IT Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Development Teams, or AI/Technology consulting services.
- Existing network of enterprise clients, startups, or technology companies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with US, UK, Middle East, or APAC staffing markets is a plus.
