Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients in technology and product-driven sectors. The Business Development Executive will engage in lead generation through outreach, networking, and digital channels, prepare and deliver tailored pitches, and support proposal development in collaboration with internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with delivery teams to ensure aligned expectations, tracking sales activities in CRM tools, and reporting on performance metrics. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders, participation in meetings and presentations, and ongoing refinement of business development strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and support revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to research markets, qualify leads, and initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support ongoing engagements.
  • Relevant experience in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, or documentation-related services is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, manage multiple opportunities concurrently, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a results-oriented and ethical approach to business development.
