Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for the agency. The role involves meeting prospective clients, presenting Circle Communications’ services, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The Executive will maintain regular communication with clients, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and support account management for long-term client relationships. Daily tasks also include market research, tracking industry trends, and preparing reports on business development activities and performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a Marketing, Media, Advertising, or Digital Agency in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
  • Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects and convert opportunities.
  • Good understanding of Business and Account Management to support client relationships and revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and presentations.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare sales or activity reports.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital services.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
