Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding Codimaths’ reach to schools, parents, and educational partners. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, presenting Codimaths’ offerings, and managing follow-ups to convert leads into long-term relationships. The role involves maintaining and growing key accounts, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Executive will also support marketing initiatives, attend relevant events, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or related domains is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfort working in a startup environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
