Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in NSP. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and structured lead generation activities. The role involves conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer needs, and positioning Cyvigilant’s cybersecurity solutions to address those needs. The individual will manage and grow key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Daily responsibilities also include preparing proposals, tracking sales pipelines, reporting on performance, and contributing feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in New Business Development and Business growth, including prospecting and closing deals.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation activities such as cold outreach, networking, and leveraging digital channels to build a qualified pipeline.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing presentation abilities.
- Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, upselling, cross-selling, and ongoing client support.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in cybersecurity, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Ability to work with targets and timelines, with solid organizational and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online meeting platforms to manage sales activities.
