Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dehradun. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and conduct lead generation activities across targeted hotel segments. The role involves presenting Foodle+ solutions to prospective clients, delivering product demos, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. The individual will maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals, and provide market feedback to support product and strategy improvements. Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and representing the company at industry events or client meetings.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
  • Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture client relationships and drive long-term growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality technology, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfort with technology platforms and CRM tools for tracking leads and managing the sales process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations or hospitality domain will be an added advantage.
