About the Role:


Gravity Infosolutions is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidate who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT/Software Sales and Business Development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients through research and outbound activities.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
  • Support campaign management and lead nurturing activities.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.


Requirements:


  • Experience: 1-6 years in Business Development or Inside Sales.
  • Must have experience in cold calling and lead generation for US regions.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign management and outbound sales activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Prior experience in IT Services/Software companies is mandatory.
  • Responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective follow-ups.
  • Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
