Job Description – Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Industry: EdTech / Education Services

Location: Trivandrum, Ernakulam

Employment Type: Full-Time

training, career development programs, campus engagement initiatives, and institutional

collaborations. We work closely with colleges, universities, and students to bridge the gap between education and employability.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to lead campus

engagement, student outreach, institutional collaborations, and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Student Outreach

  • Generate quality student leads through online and offline activities.
  • Conduct awareness campaigns and promotional activities in colleges and institutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students and institutional contacts.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments or program participation.

Campus Visits & Institutional Relations

  • Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions for partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate with placement cells, HODs, principals, and training departments.
  • Organize and manage campus engagement activities and seminars.

Orientation Programs & Workshops

  • Plan and conduct orientation programs, career guidance sessions, and awareness workshops.
  • Present company offerings effectively to students and faculty members.
  • Ensure high participation and engagement during sessions.

Collaboration & Partnership Development

  • Identify potential institutional collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, training centers, and academic organizations.
  • Support MoUs, tie-ups, and long-term academic relationships.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily activity reports and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of events and campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Ability to conduct seminars and public speaking sessions
  • Relationship management skills

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
  • Prior experience in EdTech, sales, campus relations, or business development is preferred

Revenue Contribution Monthly revenue generated from assigned territory

Follow-up Efficiency Lead response and follow-up turnaround time
