📍 Location: Manipal, Udupi (Onsite)

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role focuses on Delegate Acquisition and Bespoke Meeting Coordination for international conferences and events. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals from events, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential delegates and key decision-makers from target industries.
• Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Invite and secure delegate participation for conferences, summits, and business events.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
• Understand delegate requirements and coordinate bespoke one-to-one meetings between delegates and sponsors.
• Achieve delegate acquisition and meeting scheduling targets.
