Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in builder floors, modular kitchens, and interior solutions, including generating and qualifying leads through various channels. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, understand requirements, present solutions, and support negotiations to close deals. Daily tasks include maintaining and expanding a pipeline of prospects, managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams for proposals and pricing, and tracking sales activities in a structured manner. The role also requires regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in site visits, events, and client follow-ups to strengthen brand presence and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, focusing on builder floors, modular kitchens, and related services.
  • Strong understanding of Business development processes, including sales planning, pipeline management, and customer relationship building.
  • Effective Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with Account Management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and managing post-sales support.
  • Prior experience in real estate, interiors, or construction-related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track leads and sales performance.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, conduct regular client visits, and manage field activities as required.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
