We are expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can generate quality leads and convert them into long-term clients through various online platforms.


Role Description


This is a full-time, on site role based in Kharar (Mohali) for a Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and acquiring new clients through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other B2B lead generation channels. The primary focus will be on winning projects related to SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Digital Marketing.


TIMINGS : DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT

Note: Experienced Candidate in Same Field Required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other online marketplaces.
  • Prepare customized proposals and submit competitive bids to win projects.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, and outreach campaigns.
  • Handle client communication from initial inquiry to project closure.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experienced Candidate in Same Field Required.
  • Proven experience in Business Development within an IT company or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Experience in project bidding with a successful track record of winning projects.
  • Good understanding of to bid on projects of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Automation, CRM, and Digital Marketing services.
  • Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience closing international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies and digital marketing services.
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing and software development services.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Guranteed results needed.
