Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Uttarakhand, India. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential partners. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain ongoing relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with partner needs. Daily activities include market research, outreach and follow-up with prospects, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and reporting on sales performance and growth metrics. The role also requires participation in industry events and presentations to increase brand visibility and support strategic expansion.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to drive growth and expand the partner base.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and pipeline management to identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct presentations, negotiations, and ongoing stakeholder interactions.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support repeat business.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, wellness, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with a commitment to ethical and inclusive business practices.
