🎯 Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business, building client relationships, and closing deals.
This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts revenue and growth.
📌 Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and presentations
- Lead client meetings and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records
- Represent LIVXS in networking and industry events
- 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales (B2B & B2C preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Confidence in client interaction and deal closure
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- High-growth environment with real ownership of work
